Our journey as a healthcare provider began in March 2006 with the establishment of the Cardiac Centre, in Victoria Island, in association with the renowned Cromwell Hospital in London.

Job Title: Ophthalmologist

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
• Perform eye surgeries, including cataract removal, laser procedures, and corrective surgeries.
• Advise patients on eye care best practices and preventive measures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as visual field assessments and retinal imaging.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses when necessary.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgeries.
• Manage eye conditions related to systemic diseases like diabetes or hypertension.
• Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmic treatments and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Medical Degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology
• License to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) or relevant authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
