Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust database systems.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and database optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL (stored procedures, triggers, packages).
• Collaborate with application developers to integrate databases with business applications.
• Manage database security, backups, and recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities when required.
• Document database designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Optimize SQL queries and perform database performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and relationships to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer Certification (OCA/OCP) is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle database development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, or APEX (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to ETL tools, data migration, and system integration (an advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in an agile, team-oriented environment.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
• Solid understanding of SQL optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions (11g, 12c).
• Good knowledge of database normalization, indexing, and partitioning.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
