Job Title: Partner Development Manager

Locations: Akwa Ibom & Delta

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory.
  • Handle key partners and customers complaints.
  • Increase business opportunities through opening new channels, managing partners to achieve targets and growing sales portfolio within assigned territory
  • Analyze and review partners’ performance against agreed KPIs. Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s trade policies
  • Track partners performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
  • Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners visitation and engagement

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.

Personal Requirements:

  • Knowledge of field sales and market Intelligence
  • Sales experience on sticky products
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Speak local language

Benefits

  • Salary: N300,000 Monthly.
  • Performance incentive up to N500,000.
