Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements

• Administrative experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a sales environment.
• Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as other productivity tools.
• Proactive and adaptable: Ability to anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in work.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior-level executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Discretion and confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Soft Skills:

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Other Requirements:

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
