Job Description

• Provide meticulous administrative support, managing schedules, communications, and travel logistics for the management team.
• Act as a Customer Relations Specialist, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing feedback, and maintaining positive relationships with patrons.
• This comprehensive role integrates administrative efficiency, social media management, marketing proficiency, sales expertise, business development skills, and a focus on customer relations for a holistic approach to the lounge/restaurant's success.
• Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance the online presence of the lounge/restaurant, engaging with customers and fostering an active community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns across diverse channels.
• Actively engage with customers to promote menu items, suggest specials, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the restaurant's market presence.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights, contributing valuable data to shape marketing and business strategies.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
