We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plant Technician
Location: Mazamaza Industrial Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects within the factory, including compressors, packaging machines, fryers, roasters, mixers, and generators.
• Address short-term and long-term technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform tests and analyze results to make informed recommendations for equipment repairs.
• Maintain accurate updates in systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
• Document all work performed and recommended actions on repair orders.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis to identify service interruptions and implement preventive measures.
• Diagnose hardware or software faults in these systems and resolve issues in person or remotely.

Requirements

• Possess a BSc/HND or equivalent education, with a minimum of four years in a technical role.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Act as the team's technical subject matter expert and provide support for technical escalations.
• Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate mature and transitioning technologies to meet emerging requirements.
• Conduct in-depth root-cause analysis to address service interruptions and establish preventive measures.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 + Benefits.
