Job Title: PMO Project Manager

Job Summary

• Bellagio Airline is seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office for our startup operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools for the PMO.
• Lead and manage the projects portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and coach project teams on project management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMI certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO Manager, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
