Job Title: Principal

Location: Ogun

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 15 years teaching experience in a similar environment and 2 years in a similar role.
• Minimum of Master's Degree, An educational certification is crucial IGCSE & TRCN certification are a must.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and a willingness to follow the schools’ policies and procedures.
• Must be passionate about the job with an ability to reach out to students and pupils and create a relationship of mutual trust.
• Computer literacy and evidence of the use of ICT to support teaching and learning.

General Requirements:

• Strong moral values with emphasis on integrity, character and discipline.
• Must have a growth mindset Digital literacy.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, writing & listening)
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills and ability to multi-task
