Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• You will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities. This includes sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Handle discrepancies and resolve issues with orders and deliveries.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Obtain quotes and compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates. Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous cost improvements and supply assurance.

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly
