We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager - Lending

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features for lending solutions
• Conduct customer research to identify needs and pain points
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product features
• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories
• Track product performance metrics and drive improvements
• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs) for product features
• Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve product goals
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and gather feedback
• Engage in competitive analysis and market research
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize product functionality
• Work closely with customer support to resolve user issues
• Identify growth opportunities and design strategies to capitalize on them
• Communicate product updates and achievements to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• MBA or relevant degree is a plus
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
