Description

• We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment, Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products.
• Shows a high level of proficiency in core work skills.
• Raises concerns in order to reduce cost and quality risks.
• Ensure good timely house-keeping practice around the equipment to promote high output and effectiveness of equipment.
• Works according to the specified cycle time or technical standard.
• Meets or exceeds production targets.

Requirements
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Diploma/Trade Test/SSCE/NABTEB or equivalent experience.
• Good communication abilities and work ethic.
• Ability to pay attention to details and self-accountability.
• Strong human relationship.
