Job Title: Production Line Manager (CPE)

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our Completion and Production Enhancement (CPE) division.
• The successful candidate will manage all aspects of product line performance, including technical planning, field operations support, service delivery, and business development, ensuring operational excellence and full compliance with international industry standards.
• This leadership role combines mechanical and operational expertise with strong commercial acumen, driving business growth by aligning CPE service offerings with evolving client and market needs.
• The PLM will promote innovation, quality, and cost optimization, while mentoring a skilled technical team and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute CPE business strategies and performance targets.
• Oversee field operations and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
• Provide technical support and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify business opportunities and support tendering and client engagement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a skilled technical team.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred, though Degrees in Petroleum Engineering. We will also be considered for candidates with relevant field experience.
• Strong technical, operational, and commercial expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with leading international service companies (such as SLB, Baker Hughes, Halliburton or Weatherford) will be a strong advantage.
• Expertise in Coil Tubing, stimulation, wellbore clean-up and intervention support within the oil & gas industry is essential.
• 12+ years’ experience in completions and production enhancement, with 5+ years in leadership.
