The founders and partners are former Business Managers, Telecom Build Engineers, Bankers, Scientists, Software Engineers and Systems Architects based in Nigeria, America, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We boast a strong network of contacts throughout industry in both national and international arenas, with strong links with product manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and sales specialists.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, etc.). PMP certification is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• 5-7 years' experience in information systems, financial services industry, consulting services, project management, or closely related fields.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Experience in employing a variety of project management methods and best practices, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, hybrid.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
