Summary

• Obembe Construction Company a fast-growing firm renowned for luxury finishes, POP ceilings, and innovative building solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee our diverse construction projects from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with management.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN, NIOB, or NSE).

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
