Job Description

• Collating budget and expenditure data.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Drafting presentations and formatting documents.
• Supporting senior team members with administrative functions.
• Facilitating project communications.
• Taking minutes.
• Coordinating project activities.
• Collating contracts, timesheets and reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
