We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Project Procurement Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The candidate will oversee Procurement aspect of the project.
  • Working experience as procurement manager > 5 years (on projects)
  • Create/release purchase orders, prepare/follow up payment schedule.
  • Co-ordination with OEM, OEM rep for enquiry, ordering, delivery, contracts, payments etc.
  • Identify & highlight risks - delays in supply, cost escalation etc.
  • Experience - SAP
  • Tender processing & evaluation.
  • Prepare comparative statements, motivation & approval memos.
  • Identification, qualification & selection of suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors.
  • Contract drafting, negotiation and managing suppliers through the whole procurement process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in similar roles.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
