De Koolar Nigeria Limited is a 100% owned indigenous HVAC Company with over two decades of industry experience. We are leading Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers of a range of Ice Block Making Machine, Coldroom, Blast Freezers, Cold storage barns, Ovens, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners, among other domestic and industrial heat transfer equipment. Our services include all aspects of design, installation, maintenance and repairs of domestic, commercial and industrial systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the Branch Manager and the Project Manager.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Supervise the procedures of handing over of projects to clients.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Plan and schedule project timelines

Educational Qualification

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (B.Eng Degree)
• Years of Experience: 2 - 4

Technical Requirement:

• Knowledgeable in LEAN manufacturing/6sigma process.
• Good project management skill.
• Must be knowledgeable about safety health and environment.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC system.
• Understanding basic refrigeration cycle.
• Identifications of refrigeration components and their uses.
• Basic understanding of compressor, compressor sizes, their types and uses.
• Understanding current, voltage and frequency.
• Knowledgeable in engineering design using any designing software e.g, Auto-Cad, Revit solid works etc.
• Ability to interpret engineering design.
• Understanding of project monitoring software.
• Understanding of digital electrical control system is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance.
• Understanding basic electrical component and their functions.
• Basic understanding of electrical connections and cable locking.
• Basic understanding of metal joining process.
• Understanding of heat transfer and recovery
• Basic understanding of copper pipe brazing.
• Basic understanding of copper pipe fitting and alignment.
• Good undersigning of measurement both in metric and imperial.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
