PTDF List of Successful Candidates for 2017/2018 Overseas Scholarship

Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) - This is to inform all candidates who participated in the Aptitude Test for the award of PTDF Overseas Scholarship on July 8th, 2017, that the list of successful candidates for the award of the 2017/2018 PTDF Overseas Scholarship has been published.   Summary Candidates for M.Sc category, a total of 194 candidates were awarded-the PTDF Overseas Scholarship. Five (5) highest scoring candidates from each of the 36 States of the Federation and Abuja received the award, reflecting the Federal Character Principle, while one additional candidate from each, of the nine (9) oil producing/endowed States got the award. Click Here to View PTDF List of Successful Candidates for Msc   The breakdown indicates that a total of Eighty (185) candidates received the award in the PhD category on the basis of five (5) candidates from each of the 36 States and Abuja, reflecting the Federal Character principle. Successful candidates will be contacted directly via SMS and email with specific induction schedules and further information on the upcoming programme. It should be noted that some of the beneficiaries of the Scholarship Award will undergo their Study/Research programmes in some universities abroad Tuition Free, a fall out of the new partnership arrangement between PTDF and these institutions on Joint Funding.
