Job Title: Public Relations Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and dispatch riders, ensuring adherence to traffic regulations.
• Maintain full compliance with security policies.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories.
• Oversee renewal of vehicle insurance and regulatory documents.
• Ensure efficient and secure employee travel management.
• Provide timely notifications on traffic conditions, strikes, and road diversions that may impact company operations.
• Implement and adhere to departmental policies to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.
• Oversee compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure workplace safety protocols are properly executed.
• Act as company liaison with government agencies, ministries, police, fire departments, and local authorities.
• Strengthen relationships with officials for seamless interactions.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations in collaboration with relevant government entities.
• Implement measures to address potential incidents or emergencies.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management or any related field
• 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar industry (3 years of which in a supervisory role).
