Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Lekki, Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • Medbury Healthcare Group is recruiting a qualified and patient-focused Radiographer to support its diagnostic imaging services.
  • The successful candidate will operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring adherence to radiation safety standards and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to radiation protection protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
  • Educate and guide patients through the imaging process with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in maintaining department compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain imaging equipment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Patient satisfaction and feedback.
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Equipment functionality and minimal downtime.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) with a valid practicing license.
  • 1–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a reputable diagnostic or medical facility.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in operating X-ray and related imaging equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and image quality assessment.
  • Effective communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Good understanding of radiation safety principles.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Empathetic and patient-centered.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Professional and ethical in conduct.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
