Job Title: Female Cleaner

Location: Ikate-Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Cleaner work includes dusting, cleaning, doing laundry, mopping, making beds, and taking out the garbage.
  • Cleaner is also expected to wash dishes, clean bathrooms, kitchens, wash windows and mirrors.
  • Cleaner clean hallways, stairways, and other areas
  • Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors are all in a day’s cleaner and removing debris and changing beds is also a significant part of their jobs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • Must be FEMALE
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cleaner
  • Must be Proficient in Speaking English.

Job Title: Team Lead - Account & Finance

Location: Lagos

Job Role

  • Lead the Team Members of Finance and Accounts and drive the Finance Team to perform tasks assigned assiduously.

Job Description

  • Tender Daily cash Position of the company taking into cognizance unpresented cheques and those in clearing.
  • Review of Bank charges on a periodic basis and monthly reports tendered on same.
  • Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
  • Invoicing of Customers on a timely basis. Working with Operations, ensures invoices are generated as and when due and sent to clients.
  • Accounts Receivables of the company and keeping an aged repot whilst ensuring Client Notification in tandem with Operations / Sales. Regular reports on status of receivables to Mgt.
  • Partakes in the Procurement process.
  • Accounts Payables role by recommend payment of outflows including vendor payments, etc.
  • Expense Mgt Report which should capture on a weekly basis all payments made by the Finance dept and due payments / payables for the next week. What this entails is that you would need to liaise with Procurement Dept. and have a PAYABLES schedule with their due dates.
  • Asset Register & Depreciation Schedule. All existing assets of the organization should be on that schedule and properly captured and going forward all assets procured should be accounted for. Assets Valuation, Revaluation and tagging to be in place.
  • Inventory Management which would entail reviewing the current inventory process in the company, ensuring best / practicable practices are in place & keeping records.
  • Staff Salaries & Overtime Processing. Playing the Checker role in wages processing including leave allowance payments.
  • Oversees the entire Cashier Functions in the company including Petty cash and all records. Vendor & Supplier documentation too.
  • Taxation shall be a responsibility here. Ensures compliance with all statutory laws and remittance of same in due time.
  • Trip Allowance; review and takeover of current process ensuring seamless payments to drivers as and when due.
  • Budgeting. Generate annual budget for the company.
  • Insurance. Partake in process of insurance payments and especially claims collection. PREPAYMENTS should commence on this and others if not currently ongoing.
  • All other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
  • Professional certification is an added advantage

Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture cordial relationships with all relevant vendors and equipment suppliers so as to eliminate or reduce drastically Deport equipment downtime.
  • Supervise all Mechanical & General Plant Maintenance Installations in the Deport.
  • Supervise the connection of product receipt hoses to vessel before receipt of product.
  • Provide 24 hours a day maintenance support services or assign technical staff to do so.
  • Responding on a timely manner to equipment breakdown/failure.
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure proper Valve Line Up during Product receipt.
  • Ensures all flange joints and pipelines are properly fastened to prevent leakages.
  • Maintain a power supply generator sets; keeping a log book for routine servicing Schedules.
  • Ensure daily routine maintenance checks of equipment as described in the preventive manual, are duly observed.
  • Ensure that all machineries/equipment in the depot such as Product Pumps, Fire/Water Pumps, Generator Sets, Storage Tanks, Pipelines and Valves etc. are always in good condition.
  • Ensure the Generator Set is on and off as may be required from time to time.
  • Works closely with the safety (HSE) unit to ensure that Fire Pumps and Sprinklers Foam Lines are activated in case of emergency and safety drills.
  • Ensure daily operation/maintenance checks are carried out before the pump is run/put to use.
  • Ensure that maintenance procedures are performed according to the manufacturer’s specification, using appropriate PPE (HSE).
  • Monitors Pumps performance during loading operations by checking the discharge pressures on gauges, abnormal sound, flow rate, pump speed and excessive vibration.
  • Assist the Operation Manager in preparing a roster of personnel that will be involved in the product receipt process.
  • Ensure that all departmental staff are well-kitted in their appropriate PPEs and maintain proper environmental sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance to environment, health and safe work practice at work place and housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years cognate experience
  • Demonstrates organizational and team building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
