The story of SPAR can't be told without mentioning Artee Group. Over the past 30 years, Artee Industries Limited has grown from very humble beginnings to become one of the fastest growing business conglomerates in Nigeria. The story started in 1988, with the opening of a small supermarket store measuring 120 m2 in Lagos under the Park ’n’ Shop banner. Today, its business spreads from retail to real estate, shopping malls and manufacturing, rightly gaining popularity as Artee Group.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and performing phone screenings
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Perform reference checks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques, applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Remuneration
N50,000 - N100,000 Salary Monthly.
