Relationship Manager in a Financial Institution

ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited - Our client, a Financial Institution, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field with at least one professional certification
Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the banking industry
A customer-oriented attitude
Background in customer service industry is a plus
Must have skills for developing proposals, proper documentation and very good with computers and MS office.
Vast understanding of the banking industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
