We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive optimum captain performance according to expected targets/KPIs.
• Drive captain uptime compliance/captain activity to 100% daily.
• Ensure 100% remittance of cash collected from customers.
• Ensure 100% asset repayment according to expected targets.
• Ensure swift issue resolution relating to captains' on-field and off-field issues and swift escalation to external stakeholders when required.
• Foster a strong relationship between Gigmile and the platform(s) by being the point of contact for all communications during the run of the partnership.
• Conduct daily checks on remittance defaulters and engage the recovery team once the defaulting timeline is exceeded.
• Serve as a liaison between Gigmile and the captain, as well as being the first point of contact for the captains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in asset financing or loan recovery industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skill.
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills
