Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• He / She will be responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes
• Implementing hygiene policies and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Coordinating staffs’ tasks, organize and supervise shifts

Qualifications

• SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or quick service restaurant.
• Culinary school certification.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
