We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Risk Assets Sales Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Risk Assets Sales Officer will be responsible for selling credit products, managing credit risk, and meeting sales targets.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of credit products, credit analysis /appraisal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell credit products to customers, including loans and other credit facilities
• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Conduct credit analysis and appraisal to assess creditworthiness of customers
• Manage credit risk by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential credit risks
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

KPIs

• Product knowledge: Demonstrate in depth knowledge of credit products and services.
• Sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for credit products
• Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Customer retention: Retain existing customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, and maintain a low risk profile.

Performance Metrics:

• Sales growth rate
• Credit portfolio quality
• Customer satisfaction ratings
• Risk asset quality
• Return on assets (ROA).

Requirements

• Graduate in Business / Finance
• Must have 2 - 3 years hands-on experience in Credit Products Sales and Administration
• Must have basic understanding of Credit Analysis/Appraisal
• Must be ready to work with Targets.
