Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager located in Lagos.
• As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and generating leads.
• Your day-to-day tasks will involve customer service, account management, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
• Lead Generation and Communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the finance or cryptocurrency industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in sales or account management roles
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
