We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Communication Volunteer

Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Employment Type: Volunteer

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily desk duties
Monitor all social media platforms and Google Analytics for trending network news, ideas, and feedback
Support in Developing content for email campaigns and social media and see to the end-to-end delivery of the content for public consumption
Keep organized, complete, and accurate electronic records of the network database
Maintain relationships with preferred clients, vendors & service providers (website & graphic designers, event vendors) and ensure quality & good performance
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Company’s online presence and stakeholder engagement, through all available channels
Contribute to the collection of data for reporting
Support in maintaining and updating the website
Prepare meeting notes and manage the Marketing and Communications drive

Other responsibilities:

Assisting DSA’s in identifying viable marketing strategies
Demonstrating company features to customers.
Attending meetings and other presentations.
Completing regular Client reports specifying the number of clients reached every week.
Assist to sell various health insurance products for the organization and ensure an optimal level of customer service through various sales calls on the telephone.
Administer and ensure compliance with all sales objectives.
Manage to sell various products in professional.
Most be vast in social media management/ influencing
Most be a good content/scriptwriter
Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 1 year of work experience.
Must be conversant with the environment (MMC)
Able to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and manage time.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to coach and support others.
Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
Fluency in the local context language is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
Able to work in high-pressure situations, solve problems and resolve conflicts.
Able to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and manage time.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to support others.
Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
Must be able and willing to learn on the job work in high-pressure situations, solve problems and resolve conflicts.
