Job Title: Sales Associate (BESS & Diesel / Gas Gensets)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Isolo - Lagos, Cross River and Kano

Job Description

• A leading power solutions company is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Associateto join our expanding Nigerian team.
• This role is focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Diesel/Gas Generators (Gensets), requiring candidates with strong industry knowledge and a proven record in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across the energy and power sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and government clients.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience in Diesel/Gas Gensets, BESS, or related power solutions.
• Field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
• Strong understanding of Nigeria’s power/energy industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
