We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Customer Engagement Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
• Content creation and implementation to ensure online objectives are met.
• Digital channels engagement to generate sales and build brand awareness.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Supervising the Customer Service team to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline
• Knowledge of advertising serving tools
• Understanding of all social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience in setting up and optimizing digital display Ads campaigns
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of website analytics tool
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 annually.
