Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve client experience.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• 3 years proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• [Optional: Knowledge of industry (e.g., diesel gensets, solar systems, etc.) is an added advantage.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
