We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Ideal Candiate

• The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective sales and marketing strategies that drive the efforts of the company to generate leads among poultry and livestock farmers.
• This candidate should have the ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and provide the teams with competitive intelligence
• Generate marketing resources and run physical campaigns among poultry and livestock farmers to assist the work of the teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
• Identify new sales opportunities and markets for expansion.
• Monitor sales performance and analyse data to optimize strategies.
• Oversee and collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and customer engagement.
• Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years Experience in generating sales among poultry and livestock farmers with proven results
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Livestock farming sector in Nigeria

Additional requirement:

• Knowledge of veterinary care industry, sales of veterinary vaccines, drugs, feeds etc

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
