Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Festac Town, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a professional who can work with the Organization’s Sales team to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Expand customer base by upselling and cross selling.
• Monitor & assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our client.
• Participate in one on one meetings with clients.
• Assist management in developing reasonable sales goals and aid in expansion of brand presence.
• Possess excellent communication skills that will allow him/her meet objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.
• Create a sales plan to generate revenue.
• Understand key customer individual need and addressing them.

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess OND, HND or BSC qualification.
• Years of experience can be an added advantage.
