Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Scrum Master at Access Bank Plc, located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum processes, coach and support the development team, and ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
• The role involves organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
• Ability to lead and guide teams through the Agile process
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master-PSM II is a plus.
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in Software Development
