May & Baker Nigeria Plc was founded on September 4, 1944 as Nigeria's first pharmaceutical company. It has its origin in England, the United Kingdom in 1834 where three chemists founded Grimwade, May & Pickett, a firm for manufacturing chemicals for pharmaceutical products.

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Nigeria
Job type: Full time

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, and the incumbent will be expected to provide secretarial support to the department.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a OND in Secretarial Administration or a relevant field
Candidates must possess experience in secretarial administration
Computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a pre-requisite.
Applicants must have good oral, written communication and inter-personal relations skills.
