7Eleven Consultancy services is a company that runs a full HR services but in a consulting role. Such services are recruitment, organisation development, payroll management, training etc. We are recruiting on behalf of our client who runs an NGO with presence in 7 states in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Data Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate computers and other data analysis related equipment.
• Organizes documents; prepares and codes data for entry into computer system.
• Maintains library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
• Files material into proper location.
• Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed.
• Enters data into system via on-line terminals and other data entry devices; verifies for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigates and reconciles any discrepancies in files.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Computer-related field.
• 3 - 6 years work experience.

Specific requirements:

• Meticulous nature and attention to detail
• The ability to explain things simply and clearly
• The ability and willingness to use systems and follow detailed instructions.

Competencies:

• Proficiency with Microsoft office including excel
• Ability to work in unstable security, harsh living and working environments.
• Must have excellent learning skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
