We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior E-commerce Designer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall layout and visual style of the online store, ensuring regular updates and maintenance.
• Design product displays, create homepage advertisements, improve the overall layout, and produce promotional materials for stores or specific channels.
• Handle product photography including simple video editing of main images and product details.
• Complete tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
• Optimize product listings, improve product descriptions, and enhance product images for effective presentation.
• Create dedicated pages for campaigns and design custom graphics for mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Under 35 years old with at least an Associate's Degree or higher in a field such as Fine Art, Graphic Design, or Advertising.
• Familiar with photography, image editing, video shooting and post-production. Hand drawing skills are a plus.
• Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and innovative thinking.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a major e-commerce platform such as Jumia, Tiktok or Temu. Candidates with experience in this category are preferred.
• Proficient in operating various design software tools, with profound artistic skills, unique visual expression ability, and good understanding of color coordination.

Promotion mechanism and standards:

• Promotion path: Junior Designer (Graphic Designer) to Senior Designer (Graphic Designer) to  Expert Designer (Graphic Designer) to Senior Management Position.
• Performance evaluation metrics
• Performance evaluation for designers (graphic designers) includes:
• Design quality.
• mission completed.
• creativity.
• Teamwork.
• Monthly evaluation includes self-evaluation and evaluation by direct supervisor.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 monthly.
• Salary includes 10% performance appraisal.
• Accommodation and meals are not provided, and there are no gender requirements.
