International Packaging Industries of Nigeria Plc was incorporated as International Packaging Industries of Nigeria Limited, a Private Limited Liability Company on 26 September 1964 and commenced operations the same year. With 40% foreign shareholding it was a subsidiary of Firgos International Trading BV. Holland. The company became a Public Limited Liability Company on 1st March 1996.

The company was established as a paper-producing and conversion company. The major activities of the company are the production and sale of waxed sheets, exercise books, toilet roll wrappers, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, and other printing materials, the production of carton packs, the production of exercise books and paper printing and packaging.

Job Overview

• We are seeking to engage a highly motivated and productive individual with on the ground experience of sales / marketing preferably in Printing Press and Paper Packaging Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and businesses for the company on a monthly target.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop a marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability targets.
• Prepare action plans for effective conversion of prospects into customers.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience as a marketer in Printing/Packaging Press or related industry.
• Must be highly driven with ability to work without supervision.
• Must have strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Superior interpersonal relationship building with strong customer orientation skills.
• Good negotiation skills.

Salary Budget & Benefits
Negotiable salary with commission + car.
