Position Overview

• As a Senior Medical Officer at Dr. Hassan Hospital & Diagnostic Centre, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading the medical officers within the hospital.
• We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced individual with a minimum of 15-20 years of medical practice in the field of Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of medical officers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions, with a focus on Internal Medicine.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Conduct regular medical rounds and contribute to the development of medical protocols.
• Act as a liaison between the medical staff and hospital administration.
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Internal Medicine and ensure the team stays updated.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Medicine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Valid medical license and the ability to practice medicine in Nigeria
• Exceptional clinical skills, diagnostic acumen, and the ability to manage complex cases.
