BoroMe Limited is a Financial Technology Company that aims to provide Nigerian consumers with convenient and reliable short-term lending services, and will further develop various forms of Financial Services such as Installment Loans and Consumer Goods Finance to implement the concept of inclusive finance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Details

• The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading software-related projects in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage software development related relationships across the organization
• Gathering the users and operation team demands, and writing the PRD (Product Requirements Document)
• Research about the competitors, follow the technology trend and find the best technology solution
• Proficient at writing technical documents and good at using project management tools like Clubhouse, Agile Method (Scrum).
• Should be able to create the product's edition plan, schedule detailed development, leading and coordinating the developers to execute according to the development time.
• Establish and improve the internal developing procedure and setting up the evaluation for the development team

• Project Plan Development and Status Reporting
• Optimizing SDLC Team Operations and Execution
• Project Management

Education and Experience
Required:

• 3+ years of related software leadership experience.
• Experience in FinTech is preferred.
• Experience with coding languages is preferred (PHP, Python, JavaScript)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Agile, Lean, Scrum.

Salary
N150,000.00 - N200,000.00 per month
