Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Ajanla, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a unified sales strategy across all product categories.
  • Align category-specific sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers and mid-level sales managers to ensure cohesive market penetration.

Customer & Market Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.

Sales Management:

  • Oversee sales operations for Big Dutchman equipment, vaccines, biosecurity, and feed.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor mid-level sales managers across categories.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-category sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with international brands (e.g., Big Dutchman) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience in agribusiness, livestock equipment, or veterinary products.
