Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Refined Soya Oil)

Location: Kaduna

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Refined soya oil sales efforts across Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • National Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for soya refined oil across Nigeria.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and penetrate new markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Distribution Network Management: Oversee and optimize distribution channels nationwide.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and KPIs for soya refined oil products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to drive business growth.
  • Product Positioning: Position soya refined oil products competitively in the market.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the food oil or related industry, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the Nigerian market, soya refined oil products, and industry trends.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
