We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute calculations for coiled tubing, nitrogen, and chemical pumping operations.
• Ensure high-quality job design and execution that meets client expectations.
• Manage on-site chemical and material inventory.
• Ensure tasks are executed efficiently to support cost control and profitability.
• Support service leaders in complex operations and client-facing technical delivery.
• Promote safety and environmental awareness across all activities.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with API standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specs.
• Collate and distribute operational data as needed.
• Oversee equipment prep, quality control, and assurance before mobilization.
• Use competency matrices to drive employee development and performance.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of oilfield experience in coiled tubing, pressure pumping, and well integrity services.
• Familiarity with related services like drilling, wireline, and well completion.
• Physically fit and adaptable to demanding field conditions.
• Valid driver’s license for utility vehicle operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in job simulation, real-time data acquisition, fatigue tracking, and execution.
