Purpose of the Job

• Oversee Diversey interest on site, provide expert support to other sites. Expand F+B

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Diversey operations on site
• Liaise with customer management team
• Overview reporting on behalf of Diversey
• Evaluates and identifies training needs
• Implement process improvement and standards
• Expand F+B via increase NTS

• Expand F+B - Monthly
• Achieve full margin potential - Monthly
• Safety - Daily
• Cash for growth - Weekly
• Exceed Customer expectation - Monthly
• High Performing Team – Engagement, Drive & Development - Weekly

Required Qualification & Exoerience

• Min of B.Sc or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Food science & Technology or any other related course with not less than 1 year cognate experience
