Job Title: Operations / Delivery Officer

Location: Iyana Ipaja / Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Ideal candidate is required to manage deliveries and move round to meet with new and existing clients in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls.
  • Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target
  • Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm's logistics services
  • Effectively supervise Dispatch Riders and plan routes for delivery effectively
  • Oversee day to day office management tasks, ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to
  • Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved
  • Manage all shipment at our hub.
  • Keep records of deliveries
  • Ensure Proof of deliveries are available for all deliveries
  • Ensure that license and permit for each vehicles and motorcycles are up -to -date: servicing, repairs and fueling is done when required.

Job Requirements

  • HND or its equivalent in Marketing & Business Administration.
  • 3 years experience from courier / freight industry
  • Good knowledge of import / export procedures through air & sea
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent ability to use computer Ms word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Proven sales results.
  • Applicant must live within lyana - lpaja and Agege axis of Lagos State.
  • Preferred candidate must be ready to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week.

Salary

Job Title: Data & Inventory Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Fund Collection & Administration.
  • Preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding debts.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  • Asset Management.
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge in Asset Management.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Living proximity to Ikoyi.

Job Title: Finance & Admin Officer

Location: Iyana Ipaja / Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage company's accounts payable and receivables.
  • Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
  • Payroll administration and preparation of monthly sales reports for analysis.
  • Reconcile financial ledgers and records; prepare financial statements and reports (daily, weekly and monthly), general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules; research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off.
  • Filing of Tax returns on LIRS and FIRS.
  • Manages the company automobiles (dispatch bikes/cars) with respect to processing requests for fueling, repairs & maintenance as well as checking mileage logs for proper control.
  • Keep and updates records for licenses and all necessary permits required to provide logistics services smoothly, ensuring renewal ls are processed when due.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, collating and filing expenses.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in logistics sector in similar role.
  • HND / B.Sc Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Sage, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical skill.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Applicant must live within lyana - lpaja and Agege axis of Lagos State.
  • Preferred candidate must be ready to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week.
