Job Title: SME Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SME sales associates, ensuring they meet their individual and team sales targets through training, support, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the bank's SME client portfolio, focusing on both acquisition and retention of small and medium-sized enterprise clients.
• Track, report, and evaluate sales performance, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets while maintaining a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to the bank's internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks, with particular focus on credit and financial risk for SME clients. Mode.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored banking solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business
• opportunities, inform sales tactics, and adjust product offerings accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks and Finance Houses.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
