Social Media Content Manager at Bature Brewery

Bature Brewery - Having built the Nigeria's first ever microbrewery in 2017 - equipped and established in the nation’s capital, Abuja - we have continually grown and now operate our ever expanding brewhouse from our facility in the heart of Victoria Island. Our brewery and taproom is the shrine behind the craft beer community in Lagos, with good times that flow as readily as the delicious cold beer from our draft taps.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Content Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
Social Media Management:

• Administrate, manage and assign roles on Social Pages
  • Facebook Admin/Instagram
  • Tiktok
  • X.
• Ensuring all contact details is up to date and relevant across all platforms, including contact details, addresses, promotions etc.
• Work with all departments to gather input for social calendar with other departments
• Manage Bature Brewery Drive, ensure all content is organised, named and saved.
• Ensure all channels are officially certified.
• Develop content calendar at least 30 days ahead

Content Creation:

• Generate (personally, inhouse creative team or through service providers) all curated, on-the-fly and campaign content for social channels ensuring high standards of execution to brand guidelines
• Reels: record, edit and finalise reels
• Prioritise brand development, craft beer education and taproom.

Strategy and Reporting:

• Contribute to Bature Brewery social media strategy and target setting
• Develop paid ads strategy
• Provide a weekly update on social and marketing performance at Senior Management Team Meeting
• Provide monthly report on KPIs, content plans and strategy implementation.
• Share all customer information to relevant departments heads

Contractor Management:

• Create a Database of contractors on company drive,
• Manage and ensure quality control of all service providers (contractors): photographer, graphic designers, film makers. Including building a database of service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or it's equivalent from any reputable university
• Years of experience: 2 years and above.
