Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance our brand’s online presence.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering an online community that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing and organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Content Creation:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, and product teams) to produce consistent and brand-aligned messaging.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and budgets for maximum effectiveness.

Collaboration:

• Partner with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate social media initiatives during events, product launches, or campaigns.

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
