We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our website, ensuring it remains fast, secure, and visually compelling.
• This includes regular content updates, resolving bugs, improving performance, and implementing new features aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website (design, speed, uptime, responsiveness)
• Regularly update product listings, banners, blogs, and promotional content
• Ensure integration with payment gateways, CRMs, inventory, and third-party tools
• Support internal departments with web-related requests (e.g., landing pages, forms, etc.)
• Back up website data and manage hosting and domain-related tasks
• Suggest and implement upgrades or redesigns to improve user experience
• Monitor site traffic, performance, and security using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and security plugins
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, broken links, or downtime issues promptly
• Optimize website for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• B.Sc.in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience managing and maintaining websites (preferably eCommerce or business websites)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in WordPress (themes, plugins, security, speed optimization)
• Experience with cPanel, hosting platforms, and FTP
• Bonus: Knowledge of Laravel, React, or Shopify/WooCommerce.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
• Familiarity with website performance tools and basic SEO practices
