Job Title: Software Engineer (Frontend)

Job Description
- We are looking for an expert JavaScript developer who is highly skilled with Vue.js. Your primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components.
- You’ll implement them with the Vue.js framework, following generally accepted practices and workflows.
- You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code.
- You will coordinate with other team members, including back-end developers and UX/UI designers.
- Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial
What a typical week may look like at Youverify:
- Design and implement new features and enhancements using Vue.js.
- Fix bugs assigned during the sprint planning process.
- Design, innovate and solve complex problems inherent in operating a high scale classifieds platform.
- Play a key role in reviewing and approving the work of your peers as part of the software development process.
- Interact with product owners, partners and business stakeholders to understand and develop requirements
- Debugging and Improvement of existing systems.
- Building modular and reusable components and libraries.
Requirements
- 2+ year's experience working with Vue.js
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Comfort working within agile methodologies and experienced in estimation and time management
- Intermediate understanding of unit and integration testing, and testing frameworks/libraries - Mocha, Jest etc
- Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features
- Strong preference for test-driven-development (TDD) and understands its importance
- Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
- Comfort and familiarity with code editor and formatting tools
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass
- Proficiency with modern development tools, like Babel, Webpack, and Git
- Strong ability to problem-solve, debug, and understand pertinent performance metrics
- Familiarity with containerization infrastructure (Docker
- Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs
- Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
- Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code

Job Title: Software Engineer (Backend)

Job Description
- We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to join the Technology team to build the next-generation applications to solving complex problems and work with a world-class engineering and product team to deliver innovative products for our users.
What a typical week may look like at Youverify:
- Design and implement new features and enhancements using NodeJS.
- Fix bugs assigned during the sprint planning process.
- Design, innovate and solve complex problems inherent in operating a high scale classifieds platform.
- Play a key role in reviewing and approving the work of your peers as part of the software development process.
- Interact with product owners, partners and business stakeholders to understand and develop requirements
- Debugging and Improvement of existing systems.
- Expand our micro-services architecture
- Management of all 3rd party tool relationships and integrations from a technical aspect. i.e. SMS providers, Email, APIs, Finance tools, Marketing tools, Business tools, AWS etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working with NodeJS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Comfort working within agile methodologies and experienced in estimation and time management

- Working knowledge of gRPC and protocol buffers

- Familiarity with containerization infrastructure (Docker), Caching (Redis), API gateway (KrakenD), orchestration (Kubernetes), Distributed tracing (Jaeger), Service mesh (LinkerD) and observability
- Knowledge of microservices (or SOA), Docker, and/or distributed systems.

Job Title: Mobile App Developer (Andriod & IOS)

Job Description
- We are looking for a Mobile App Developer (Android & IOS) to join the Technology team responsible for developing, enhancing, designing and maintaining world class mobile applications.
What a typical week may look like at Youverify:
- Developing and maintaining world-class android applications in collaboration with product managers, engineers and product designers
- Help identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Conduct code reviews and help maintain code quality & documentation
- Collaborate with teams to analyse, design, and ship new features
- Implement unit and automating test, security best practice, and API integrations in the applications
- Translate the UI/UX onto Android application.
- Building libraries and frameworks to support large, complex applications
Requirements, Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience developing Android applications using Kotlin or Java
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficient with Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK
- Experience with RxJava2, Retrofit2 OkHttp3, Concurrency concept
- Proficient understanding of design pattern such as MVP ,MVVM pattern
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Understanding of security algorithm such as SHA1, SHA256, encryption, and decryption
- Experience with developing SDK and OAuth concept a big plus
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytic, Crashlytics.
- Familiar with CICD process, Jenkins, and Fastlane
- Reinventing Identity and Address Verification -
- Ability to work as part of a Scrum team and understand Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write testable application
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Good understanding of Git, Java, Maven and Gradle.
